Returns Within 30 Days: You have a generous 30-day window from the purchase date to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns: For your return to be accepted, the item must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping: Upon acceptance of your return, we can provide a return postage label that will be deducted from the refund or buyers may use their return labels. We kindly request that you do not send items back without prior approval.

Damages and Reporting: In cases of damaged goods, please inform us immediately, within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported beyond this time frame. Rest assured, all products are thoroughly inspected and tested before being dispatched to ensure quality.

Exceptions and Voided Returns: Please be aware that certain circumstances may void your return:

  • Items are returned after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Returns of sale items or gift cards.
  • Items not returned in their original condition.
  • Absence of original packaging and tags.
  • Damage incurred during usage.

Exchanges: For a swift exchange process, kindly return the item you wish to exchange. After approval, you can then proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day window to cancel or return your order without providing a reason. Similar to our general policy, the item must be in its original, unworn, unused condition with all tags and packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund's approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
